Kevin Randall Legislator Area 5 (Republican)– Kevin Randall is the legislator for Schuyler Falls. When we had the first resolution vote back in October, Kevin Randall didn’t bring up any concerns despite having a copy of the law for two weeks. Then during the resolution vote he had a bunch of questions. The same goes for the resolution vote on June 4, 2025. Kevin Randall made it very clear he sat on the law for 3-months and only just looked at it right before the resolution vote.
This is a case where we think Kevin Randall is just playing dumb. He had every chance to ask questions, yet despite that he never asked any. On June 4, 2025 Kevin Randall for the second time voted against allowing the public a public hearing on the Dog Tethering Law.
