Clinton County New York Dog Tethering Law Campaign

DON’T WAIT FOR “SOMEONE” TO STOP ANIMAL ABUSE. YOU ARE SOMEONE.

VILLAGE OF CHAMPLAIN

The Village of Champlain- The Village of Champlain amended their village dog laws in June of 2024 and added a Dog Tethering Law to their law. Their public hearing was on June 10, 2024. Their dog laws hadn’t been amended since the 1980’s. The Village of Champlain was one of the first in the county to create a Dog Tethering Law. Thank you to the Village of Champlain board!
